By accessing or using InfinitIQ Flow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age in your jurisdiction
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You have the right to enter into these terms
- Your use of the Platform is lawful
Service Description
The Platform provides AI-powered mock interview simulations, including:
- Realistic interview scenarios and questions
- Real-time speech recognition and analysis
- Personalized performance reports and feedback
- Interview preparation guidance

Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- •Provide accurate, complete, and current account information
- •Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
- •Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- •Not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the Platform
- •Not engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
- •Respect intellectual property rights and content licensing
Payments
Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by our payment partners. Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments and other PCI-compliant providers.
Credit Purchases
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for credit purchases
- Credits are one-time purchases that do not renew automatically
- Payment confirmation will be provided via email
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 days if the credits or services purchased remain unused. Once credits have been used to conduct interviews or avail services on the Platform, they are non-refundable. For refund requests, please contact us at infinitiqflow@gmail.com.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform, including interviews, questions, reports, and materials, is owned by or licensed to InfinitIQ Flow. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use this content without permission.
You retain ownership of personal information you provide, but grant us a license to use it for Platform operations and improvement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available"
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job offers, or interview success
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
